		<description>As an SEM professional, I agree with most this list although it is leaving out important information (#7. Bank links are much more important than 2 way links and #8. Keyword rich content is king but rules apply as well as placement and this can&#039;t be ignored). Again this is a good check list but this on it&#039;s own will rarely if ever get a site/important keyword to page one and in my opinion, its page one or nothing.

Good SEO is a monthly process and search engines like Google want to be sure that this process is followed as they don&#039;t want it to be easy for anyone to gain a page one listing without putting in the work. This is why 84% of all searchers ignore the sponsored listings and gravitate to the natural listings. One other point... Social Media Optimization is becoming more important to overall SEM and Web 2.0 and W3C Validation are also important.</description>
